How To Prepare
Thaw in fridge for 24 hours prior to cooking.
Grill it
Saute it!
Preheat nonstick pan over medium heat with 1 tbsp Oil.
Sauté 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165F.
Preheat grill to medium Grill it!
Add thin coating of oil to cutlet
Grill for 12-14 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165F.
